Linda Sturm, President.
Linda is the owner of PRI and holds the following certifications:
Registered Professional Reporter, Registered Merit Reporter, Registered Diplomate Reporter,
Certified Realtime Reporter, Certified CART Provider, Certified Broadcast Captioner. Linda is
a hands-on owner, still reports locally and worldwide. Her overseas destinations have included
Germany, Slovenia, Norway and Spain. She is past president (2004-2006) of the Ohio Court
Reporters Association, and served on the Ohio Supreme Court Task Force for the Certification
of Court Reporters. Linda has given many presentations and seminars to bar associations,
court reporters, disabilities services associations, etc. She is also known for her quirky
sense of humor, and thus participated in one of the first reality TV shows, The Guinness
Book of World Records (

Gary Burgard, Office Manager.
Gary has worked with PRI for over 20 years. He obtained his BS
from Ohio Dominican University. Before joining PRI, Gary was an electronic court reporter/transcriber.
Dorothy Snader, Production Manager.
With over 30 years in the court reporting business, Dorothy
began as a typist for court reporters before computer-aided transcription. At PRI Dorothy is in
charge of the quality control of transcript production and document control for exhibits.
Cheryl Sheffield, Operations Manager.
Cheryl graduated from Franklin University and began with PRI in
2000. Cheryl is in charge of billing and accounts and also oversees the operations at PRI.
Karen Ladina, Client Relations Manager.
Karen has a degree in court reporting and has worked with court
reporting firms since 1986. Knowing the business from all aspects, court reporter, client, office,
Karen facilitates a good working relationship from all angles. She conducts training seminars for
clients on realtime and keeps ongoing contact to ensure quality of service.
